Technology and culture are two of America’s enduring exports. We’ve nearly perfected the art, science, and business of scaling technological breakthroughs, but the ecosystem for cultural breakthroughs is much less developed. The Talent x Opportunity Initiative (TxO) is a step in that direction: a system that discovers and supports cultural geniuses who have the talent, drive and ideas to build breakthrough companies, but lack the networks and resources to do so. A 16-week training and mentorship accelerator program with a mix of in-person and online curriculum curated for culture-driven startups.

Vetted industry and subject matter experts, along with TxO alumni, who collaborate with founders at every step of their company-building journey to provide the networks and knowledge needed to scale ideas into global businesses.

Organizations who contribute bespoke products, services, and expertise to TxO companies.

The Talent x Opportunity initiative identifies and supports entrepreneurs who have the talent, drive, and ideas to build great businesses, but lack the network and resources to do so.
